LEGAL INVITATION TO BID

Dimmick C.C.S.D. # 175 is accepting bids for replacing the boiler and chiller at its facility located at 297 N. 33rd Road, LaSalle, IL 61301.

Bid documents will be available after 3:00PM on February 14, 2025 and may be obtained by contacting Larson & Darby at 815-484-0739.

Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.

There will be a pre-bid conference held at the school on February 18, 2025 at 3:00PM.

Sealed bids are due February 28, 2025 at 10:30AM. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after.
