Swing Project

After 4th grade students read stories "The History of Fun" and a "Playground for All", three students Jack, Camden, and Kyle responded by researching ways to ensure all students felt included. They met with Mr. Linnig and together they talked about the ways the school and playground were inclusive. The students proposed adding rubber coating chains for some of the swings for students with sensory issues. The chains were ordered, and the students helped install them. Great job being role models and taking the initiative and advocating for others!
