Dear Dimmick Families,
While we are still a little more than a week away from our 5K and Field Day, the preliminary forecast is looking favorable to be outside. Below will be the schedule for the day.
9:00 AM 5K Race with awards to follow immediately afterward
10:30-11:45 K-4 Field Day activities on the playground
11:45-12:15 K-4 Pizza lunch
12:30-1:00 5-8 Pizza lunch
1:00-2:15 5-8 Field Day activities on the playground
The Field Day activities will include bags, tug of war, soccer, 4 square, kickball, basketball, playground equipment, the water slide and more. Students can choose which activities they want to do. The only one that will be scheduled by grade level will be the water slide.
PLEASE NOTE: in order to participate on the water slide, students must bring a change of clothes and a towel to dry and clean off.
This is the final day of the school year, so students will need to pack up and take their personal belongings with them at the end of the day. Dismissal will be at the regular 3:15 PM time.
